Hollywood Mega Auction: From Iron Man's Helmet to Harry Potter's Wands

The helmet worn by Robert Downey Jr in "Iron Man 3", the wands used in the "Harry Potter" movie saga, a Captain America shield that "protected" Chris Evans in the film version of the comic and other elements of bizarre or sordid cut like the door of the mansion where actress Sharon Tate was assassinated in 1969 by the sect led by Charles Manson, make up a resounding batch of 1,400 items that will be at the "Legends: Hollywood & Royalty" auction in Beverly Hills , Los Angeles, United States on September 6, 7 and 8.

The list of "souvenirs" that will put on sale more than 1,400 iconic pieces of the most famous figures and Hollywood movies is a magnet for fetishists and fans of celebrities or some of the most stainless sagas of world cinematography: why? "Star Wars" fan wouldn't you like to keep Princess Leia's slave costume or Han Solo's blaster? Or with the head of the Xenomorph alien from "Alien", the string of space horror films that made Sigourney Weaver famous? Or some of the glamorous dresses Princess Diana once wore?

The event is organized by the exclusive auction house Julien's and TCM on the occasion of the celebration of 100 years of Warner Bros. studios.
